         The students are quickly employed in the mines on the posts for which they have qualified. A large number of our students have already passed the mining Sirdar’s , Overman’s and Mines Surveyor’s examinations and have secured regular employment in CIL mines.

      Mining Sirdar’s examination is conducted by the Board at frequent intervals on different centers all over India.
     Mining industry offers a unique opportunity for carrier development of its employees. A person employed as Overman/ Foreman can take up the Second Class Manager’s Examination after working for a few years in mines and thus become an become an executive. A second Class Manager can subsequently take up the First Class Manager’s Examination and move up the ladder. Thus while in service, he can progressively move up to the highest level . The system also provides scope for time bound promotion with the same (post) discipline.
